The short version of how we work together. Updated 27 October 2026.
Who we are. Hype It On is run by Kartik Balpande, 1161, Royal County, JP Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560083, India. Australian clients are looked after by our contact in Victoria (+61 456 033 032). Your written quote and these terms make up our agreement.
Quotes. Every project has a fixed price and scope in writing before we start. Anything outside the scope is quoted separately before we do it.
Payments. Websites and AI projects: 50% to start and 50% after you approve the finished preview, before launch. Monthly services are invoiced in advance. All prices are in AUD; we don't add Australian GST.
Monthly services. Ads, social media, care plans and the AI receptionist are month to month, with 30 days' notice to stop. SEO has a three-month minimum, then is month to month.
Ad spend and tools. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Google or Meta. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, apps and messaging are paid by you or billed at cost.
Ownership. Your domain, hosting, ad accounts, content and the work we deliver are yours once paid in full. We set accounts up in your name from day one.
Revisions. Websites include two rounds of changes on the preview. We keep working until the agreed scope is done.
Results. We report honestly on what we do and what it brings in. No one can guarantee rankings or sales, and we don't.
