What we do

Three things, done properly.

Most agencies hand you a list of nine. We do three things well, and each one feeds the next — a site that converts is worth more with traffic behind it, and traffic is worth more when the site converts.

01

Websites & online stores

Business websites, Shopify and WooCommerce stores, redesigns and platform migrations — built around how your customer actually buys, not around a template.

02

Social media & content

Managed social accounts, content that earns attention instead of filling a calendar, and a brand look people remember. Handled monthly, so you can stop thinking about it.

03

Growth & performance

SEO, Google and Meta ads, email flows, automation and AI assistants — the work that keeps the site earning long after launch day.

What you get in every build.

Not upsells, not a premium tier. These are in the fixed price on every project we ship, because a website without them isn't finished.

Mobile-first buildDesigned for the phone first, because that's where most of your customers actually arrive.
Core Web Vitals passFast loading, stable layout, no janky shifts. Speed is a ranking factor and a conversion factor.
On-page SEO groundworkTitle tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, schema markup, sitemap and robots.txt — done properly, not bolted on later.
Google Business Profile setupClaimed, filled out and optimised so local searches actually find you.
Analytics & conversion trackingGoogle Analytics and event tracking wired up from day one, so you can see what's working.
Social sharing cardsOpen Graph and Twitter images, so your links look like a real business when shared on WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
Accessibility basicsReadable contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text and labelled forms. It's the right thing and it helps rankings.
Handover & trainingA short walkthrough so you can update your own content without calling us every time.

Shopify · Ethnic womenswear · Melbourne

Golden Threadzs ↗

A Mumbai-founded couture label that had relocated to Melbourne and was selling through Instagram and a studio. We built a storefront that carries a premium price point across four currencies without losing the hand-picked feel the brand was built on.

  • Multi-currency checkout
  • AUD · INR · NZD · USD
  • Women's · Kids' · Accessories
  • Shop Pay & Apple Pay
We were running everything through Instagram and the studio, and I was worried a website would make it feel less personal. It didn't — customers in Australia and India can both check out in their own currency now, and it still looks like us.

B2B produce supply · Bengaluru

V4Veg ↗

A wholesale vegetable and fruit supplier with no web presence and an ordering process already running on WhatsApp. The site had to sell a supply relationship to a chef — so we built it around their real objection, not around a product catalogue.

  • WhatsApp-native ordering
  • 140-SKU line sheet
  • Local SEO & Google Business
  • Built from scratch
Our customers order on WhatsApp and I didn't want a website that fought that. They built it around how we actually work — a chef lands on the page, sees the line sheet, and messages us straight from it.

How it works

Four steps. You can stop after the first.

No 40-page proposals, no six-month timelines, and no obligation past step one.

Free · 48 hours

Audit

Send us your site, your store, or just tell us what you're trying to grow. We come back with the specific things costing you customers and how we'd fix them.

Free · one page

Plan & price

Scope, timeline and one fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts. No proposal deck, no hourly billing.

2–4 weeks

Build

We build in weekly sprints with progress you can click, not screenshots in a slide. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Ongoing

Grow

Social, SEO and ads once the site is earning. We report on enquiries, bookings and sales — and tell you when something isn't working.

Why us

We're small, we pick up our own email, and the person who plans your project is the person who builds it.

You'll know the price firstFixed, in writing, agreed before any work begins. No hourly billing, no scope-creep invoices, no surprise line items.
You talk to the builderNo account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet. You deal directly with the person doing the work.
Weeks, not quartersMost sites go live in two to four weeks. If a build runs long, that's ours to absorb — not a change request we send you.
Nothing ships without youYou approve every change before it goes live. No surprises on your own website.
No lock-inBuilds are standalone. Ongoing work is opt-in and cancellable with 30 days' notice. If we need a contract to keep you, we've already failed.
Judged on your numbersWe report on enquiries, orders and revenue — not impressions. If something isn't working, you'll hear it from us first.
Who we work with

Industries we know well.

We're not industry-exclusive, but these are the sectors where we already understand how customers buy — which means less time explaining your business and more time building it.

Fashion & D2C brandsEthnic wear, apparel, accessories and lifestyle labels selling on Shopify or WooCommerce — including multi-currency and international shipping.
Food, hospitality & supplyRestaurants, cloud kitchens, cafés, caterers and B2B suppliers who need ordering that fits how the trade actually works.
Local servicesSalons, clinics, home services and trades who live or die on "near me" searches and a Google Business Profile that converts.
Professional servicesConsultants, agencies, accountants and practices who need a site that makes them look as senior as they are.
Health & wellnessClinics, studios and practitioners with booking flows, service pages and local search to get right.
Education & trainingInstitutes, coaches and course businesses that need enquiries, not just a brochure online.
Who you'll be working with

A studio, not a switchboard.

Kartik Balpande
Founder & lead build
Plans and builds every project Direct line — no account managers Replies within one business day Based in India, working globally

Hype It On is a small studio run by Kartik Balpande. When you send a message, it reaches him. When your project gets planned, he plans it. When it gets built, he builds it. There is no layer of account managers between you and the work, and no junior handed your project after the pitch.

That's a deliberate constraint. It means we take on fewer projects than a larger agency, and it means we can't be the cheapest quote you'll get. What it buys you is that nothing is lost in translation, decisions happen in one message instead of three meetings, and the person who promised you something is the person who has to deliver it.

We work across India and internationally — Golden Threadzs ships from Melbourne, V4Veg supplies kitchens across Bengaluru. Different countries, different industries, same standard.

Straight answers

Questions we hear every week.

It depends on scope — a brochure site and a Shopify migration aren't the same job. What doesn't change is how we price: one number, agreed in writing before any work starts. No hourly billing and no scope-creep invoices. The audit that gets you that number is free.

Most websites go live in two to four weeks. Online stores and migrations run three to five depending on catalogue size. You'll see working progress every week — a link you can click, not a status update.

Yes. We work remotely with businesses in Australia, the US, the UK and the UAE alongside Indian clients — Golden Threadzs ships out of Melbourne.

Both. Many clients start with a build and keep us on for social media, SEO and ads. That part is opt-in, month to month, and cancellable with 30 days' notice — you're never locked in.

Often, yes. Start with the free audit and we'll tell you honestly whether you need a rebuild or a tune-up — even if the answer is to keep what you have.

Kartik Balpande leads every project — he plans it, builds it and answers your emails. You deal with him directly from the first message through to launch, and after it. Recent builds include Golden Threadzs in Melbourne and V4Veg in Bengaluru.
