Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, and cookies to see which ads and pages bring enquiries. We don't sell your data.

What we collect
When you fill the enquiry form or chat with our assistant: your name, WhatsApp number, email if you give it, your website or business name, what you need, your budget range, timeline and any note you add. We also record which page, ad or link brought you to us (for example UTM tags and ad click IDs) so we know which marketing works.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your audit and quote, and follow up about it. To measure our own advertising on Google and Meta, we share a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your email or phone number with them when you become an enquiry. They use it to match the enquiry to an ad click, not to identify you to us.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records anonymised sessions (form fields are masked) so we can see where the site is confusing. You can decline these cookies from the banner or from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; the site works the same either way.
Who else sees it
Our hosting (Netlify), the tools above, and the AI provider that powers the assistant (Google Gemini) for the text you type into the chat. Nobody else. We never sell or rent your details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless you became a client.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Email contact@hypeiton.com and we'll act on it within 7 working days.
