Questions about WhatsApp AI agent
Will customers know they're talking to an AI?
We recommend saying so in the first message. Customers care far more about a fast, useful answer than who sends it, and being upfront builds trust. The agent hands over to a person whenever asked.
Can it reply in Hindi or Hinglish?
Yes. It understands and replies in English, Hindi and Hinglish, and can be set up for other Indian languages.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
It only answers from the information we give it, and it's told to hand over rather than guess. We review conversations every month and tighten anything that's unclear.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. We can move your existing WhatsApp Business number to the API. Note that once a number moves to the API, it's managed through the API instead of the normal WhatsApp Business app, so we'll talk through the best setup for your team.
What are the running costs?
Our fee is ₹5,000 a month for hosting, monitoring and tuning. Meta charges per message for some message types, and the AI model has a small usage cost; both are billed to you at cost, and for most businesses they're modest compared with one lost lead.
Is my customers' data safe?
Conversations are stored in your accounts, not ours. We use paid AI services that don't train on your data, and we don't send your data anywhere it doesn't need to go.
